Processing Time

We process orders in about 4-12 days , depending on size. If you need your order sooner, contact us!

Cancelling

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please let us know right away!

Refunds/Returns

We don't accept returns at this time.

Damages

If your candles are damaged  upon arrival, please contact us with photos and we will replace or refund them for you!

Frosting/Candle Defects

Soy wax has a tendency to frost, especially during temperature changing. Frosting is a white crystallization of the wax, and is actually noted by many to be the sign of a pure soy candle! It in no way affects scent throw or performance! Since we cannot control frosting, we don't at this time offer returns on frosted candles.
